Fernanda Soler is a dual-qualified solicitor in Brazil and England & Wales, lecturer and researcher focused on Intellectual Property, Technology, Media and Innovation. She holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo, was an Academic Visitor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Oxford, and is also a specialist in Intellectual Property and postgraduate in Innovation Management.
