Simona Petravić is a research engineer on the machine learning team at Embark Studios where she works with machine learning for physics-based animation. Her work explores applications of reinforcement learning approaches to locomotion, which has shaped the movement and behavior of some of the robots in Arc Raiders. Before joining Embark Studios, she completed an MSc in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, studied jointly at KTH Royal Institute of Technology and Aalto University.
